Catholic Charities of Schuyler County is excited to partner with FiberArts in the Glen in the collection of new mittens, hats and scarves (handmade or store bought) for children or adults. Donations will be accepted at FiberArts in the Glen during store hours in November, located at 315 N. Franklin Street, Watkins Glen. Open 7 days a week: M & Th – 11-8; T, W, F – 11-5; Sa – 10-5; Su – 12-4.
“This year we are setting up a mitten tree and taking donations of new, bought or made mittens, hats and scarves,” states Susann Dugo, FiberArts in the Glen. “We will be giving them to Catholic Charities of Schuyler County in November for distribution.
